Got a good deal on a used PC here. They know the stuff they are selling and even offer lower prices on PC's with NO OS installed if you are going Linux. Hours are bit limited, especially trying to drive out from CR after work, but the deal I got made it worth the drive.

As far as I know they are still an ok place to bring electronic scrap.
They have changed and not for the better. Prices went up, systems with no OS are pathetic off-brand machines.
